MIVI is a brand of Avishkaran Industries Pvt. Ltd., registered in Hyderabad, India. Our registered address is available on request. When we say 'MIVI', 'we', 'us', or 'our', we mean Avishkaran Industries Pvt. Ltd.

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, you may provide: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment partners (Razorpay, GoKwik) and are never stored on our servers.

We collect browsing data, device information, IP address, and analytics data when you visit mivi.in. We use PostHog (EU-hosted) for analytics — all data is processed within the EU under GDPR-equivalent standards.

2.3 Order and transaction data

We retain records of your purchases, including order ID, items purchased, shipping address, and payment status. This data is stored in our database hosted on Neon (ap-southeast-1 region).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders; send order confirmations and shipping updates via email and WhatsApp; provide customer support; improve our products and website; and comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

4. Sharing your information

We share data only as necessary to deliver our services: with GoKwik (checkout and fraud prevention), Razorpay (payment processing), Delhivery/Shiprocket (shipping), Kwickengage (WhatsApp notifications), and Shopify (our commerce platform). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Order data is retained for 7 years as required by Indian accounting law. Analytics data is pruned after 90 days. You can request deletion of personal data at any time — see Section 5.
