Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) gives you control over your personal data. Here is how to exercise your rights when dealing with MIVI (Avishkaran Industries Pvt. Ltd.).

Right to access

You can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days of a verified request.

Right to correction

If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it. We will update our records and, where applicable, notify any third parties we have shared the data with.

Right to erasure

You can request deletion of your personal data. We will erase all data except records we are legally required to retain (e.g. order records for 7 years under Indian accounting law).

How to make a request

Submit your request via our Support Centre — mention 'DPDP Request' and whether it's for Access, Correction, or Erasure.

Please include your full name, order email address, and phone number so we can verify your identity. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete it within 30 days.

Right to nominate

You may nominate another person to exercise your data rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity. Contact us via our Support Centre to register a nominee.
