1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing mivi.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Indian law. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
3. Ordering
Orders are subject to acceptance by MIVI. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, the product is out of stock, or there is an error in pricing or product information. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and cancellations
We do not accept general returns or process refunds. If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it within 1 hour of placing it via your account. If a product develops a manufacturing defect, it is covered under warranty - see mivi.in/help/warranty for the repair/replacement process. See our full policy at mivi.in/legal/refund.
6. Warranty
MIVI products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond IPX rating, or normal wear and tear. See mivi.in/help/warranty for the complete warranty policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIVI's liability for any claim arising from your use of mivi.in or any MIVI product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Intellectual property
All content on mivi.in — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by Avishkaran Industries Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
