Track your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking link. Click the link to see real-time delivery status powered by Delhivery.
Typical delivery timeline
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 1–2 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 2–3 business days
• All other locations: 3–5 business days
Can't find your tracking email?
1. Check your spam/junk folder for an email from MIVI or Delhivery.
2. Check the WhatsApp message sent to your order phone number.
3. If you still can't find it, WhatsApp us with your Order ID — we'll share the tracking link directly.
Order not arrived on time?
Delays are rare but can happen due to weather, public holidays, or remote locations. If your order is more than 2 days past the estimated date, contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and we'll investigate immediately.
