Cancellation Policy

Cancellations request cannot be accommodated once the order enters the shipping process, however you can refuse the product at the time of delivery, so that it returns back to us and a refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping for all products. For COD orders, Rs. 49 is charged as COD Fees.

All orders placed with mivi.in would be shipped through the delivery partners associated with us.

All products readily available in stock would be shipped within 24 hours of placing the orders.

Our aim is to ensure that all products listed on our website are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Replacement Policy

At Mivi, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Products purchased on mivi.in are eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

Eligible Scenarios for Replacement:

  • Defective Product
  • If you receive a defective product, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged Product
  • If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Important: If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
  • Incorrect Product
  • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Accessories
  • If your product arrives with missing accessories, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In all eligible cases, Mivi will arrange for a pickup of the product. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and the original invoice.

Replacement Will Not Be Processed In the Following Cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with the appearance or quality of a product that is not defective.
  • Physical damage during delivery that is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence after the product has been delivered.
